Over the past 25 years, there has been some controversy in the optimal management of craniofacial deformities. This webinar will provide an overview of the current concepts in the management of upper middle and lower third deformities highlighting the author’s preferred techniques in each region. Emphasis will be given on those deformities that may be optimally treated with either traditional orthognathic surgery vs. distraction osteogenesis.
