Patient-Specific Implants in CMF Surgery

Overview

This webinar focuses on indications, limitations and surgical considerations for patient-specific implants in the whole spectrum of CMF surgery, including orthognathic and reconstructive surgery. This includes basic principles of virtual planning, intraoperative handling and implementation of patient-specific implants into the clinical workflow. This presentation will feature a variety of clinical examples illustrating the advantages of patient-specific implants with respect on patient outcome.

Learning Objectives:

1. Indications and clinical implementation of Patient-specific implants in CMF surgery.

2. Virtual planning of orthognathic surgery and translation into the OR using patient-specific implants.

3. Clinical examples for patient-specific implants in reconstructive surgery.
